Disc Filter
KEL’s Disc Filter is a polishing unit being used in several industries and WWTP’s to make the water fit for re-use or to take it for further treatment. It gives an outlet of suspended solids of less than 5 mg/L. In India, the requirement of Disc Filter has been mandated in sewage treatment plants after the secondary clarifier. In industrial applications, disc filter outlet can also be used in all showers and backwash with no risk of nozzle choking.
These can be full metallic units or in ground civil units with internals being supplied.
